Very Nice for the Price July 13, 2010

I bought these sheets after trying to decide on a color to go with, and these Silver/Slate ones look really good paired with a Silver Hotel Collection I got from Macy's. They Match the Set great, and the ruffle at the end makes it look a little more expensive than they are, which is good.

There are two things you don't cheap out on: Shoes, and a bed.

I feel I got a fair price on these, and they feel really smooth against my skin. My only concern is how they will wash, but from most of the other reviews I've read they don't loose much of their "feel" if you know what I mean.

TAKE NOTE: I bought the GREY ones, they are NOT shiny, they are a grey slate, or stone color, but they match the rest of my silver collection very well!

Oh, and I literally sleep better in these things, they feel that good, but that could be the mattress lol.

I would have gone 4 and-a-half stars if it weren't for the way the decorative edging were applied to these sheets. The trim work is accomplished by lapping and stitching the fabric resulting in a heavy and irritating edge on the top sheet and the pillow openings. We solved the top sheet problem by rotating the sheet 180 so the head is at the toe. As far as the pillow cases go I may cut off the decoration and re-hem them. I wake up with corduroy cheeks where my face hits the pillow!
Otherwise the color, favric quality and construstion are all very good!

I love these sheets - thick, but not too thick, breathable, soft, but they don't pill. Fabulous. And I love the pintuck edging/detail- makes them look way more expensive than they are! Highly recommended.

Great looking, high quality, comfortable. Don't have to be ironed to look their best, although that's the only way to make the pleats perfect. Look really good with my duvet/pillow set from CB2.
