There was a mix up in my order (mostly the fault of Amazon) and I ended up with 2 comforters. Serendipity Shopper was helpful beyond words. When I explained what happened to the seller, she did everything possible to make the return of one of the comforters, go as smoothly as possible. She kept in touch with me on almost a daily basis, until everything was resolved. I bought this for my daughter and she loves it, very nice quality and was everything that was described. I would highly recommend using this seller. You can be assured that you are dealing with very kind, reputable people and that stands for a lot.

I agree on the color - it is definitely "cream & black" - not crisp white. Also, beware the bed skirt is a velvet/cotton block pattern - still all black but definitely wasn't what I expected. The look is awesome, I paired it with black sheets which I think look better than cream sheets. Also, comforter is extremely stiff for my liking but I'm taking it to the dry cleaners to see if that may help a little. Overall, happy with my purchase - just not the best of descriptions online.

The comforter I just received IS NOT WHITE and black. It is a YELLOWISH/OFF-WHITE and black. Definitely not the crisp clean look I had in mind. Perhaps I just got a bad color lot. In any event, I have a call in to the seller (Bizarre Bargains) and hopefully they will return it without cost to me since the product does not match either the picture or the description.

My husband and I LOVE this comforter set. We recently redecorated our bedroom and this bedding really brings it all together. One of the reviewers mentioned that the comforter is too thick, but I have found that most comforters are. Honestly, I appreciate it more for what it looks like than its warmth or comfort. Although, it is soft and comfy.

My bedroom went from the most boring beige to the envy of ALL my friends with a few cans of paint, and this comforter. It is beautiful, and adds so much elegance. I ordered it, and had it within a week. Worth every penny. Thanks once again for a great product at a great price.
