Received the wrong color twice July 25, 2010

I ordered the purple set twice, and both times they sent me the taupe/beige one. But the quality is excellent. Great value.

The smaller one is actually fairly durable but the big one starts falling apart after walking on it over time. Not literally fall apart but the threads start coming apart. I suppose if you used it just when getting out of the shower and then hung it up it would stay intact better. I wouldn't recommend leaving it down and walking on it every time you walk through your bathroom. The smaller one is better than the big one as far as durability and quality. They look good but the big one isn't made that well in my opinion.

If I could rate the rugs separately I'd give the smaller one a 4 out of 5 and the big one a 2.

I ordered 6 of these rugs in various sizes two months ago....and I REGRET IT!! These things are pieces of junk! Oh yes, they are two sided but the yarn has nothing holding it into the base or backing...no stitching no nothing! I wash them exactly according to directions and each time more of the yarn falls out and now there are bald spots. They are on their way to to trash... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY On these things. I would NEVER order anything from this company every again...

The small gray rug is very nice. The striped rug on the other hand appears poorly made. The looped threads are not firmly attached to the mat. They pull out easily with your fingers. My cats love this rug. They make a mess every time they get near it.
