Although the body of this dispenser is metal, the pump is actually plastic. I had one like this before and the plastic ended up breaking. I am hoping that this one will last longer. It does look nice and the body is solid metal, not a painted on chrome that will come off. I also like the fact that the bottom is rubber to keep rust stains off the counter.

nice looking and stable. no problem with the function, either. It does get a little dirty under it but easy to clean and I guess all these soap dispensers have this issue. no big deal.

The soap and lotion pump dispenser is both functional and attractive. The sleek design and chrome finish fit with any kitchen or bathroom decor.

This is a really nice soap dispenser. It works very well and puts out just the right amount of soap. The only downside is that it is difficult to keep clean and shiney as it gets water spots all over it and I am seeing some rust building up down in the seam near where you push it down to get the soap out.

Product appears to be a brushed chrome w/ polished chrome accent. Not so. The whole soap pump is polished chrome, so it's not as attractive as I was expecting the product to be. It is heavy, which I like; it won't tip over very easily.
